I will never set foot in this disgrace of a restaurant again! First arrived on a Saturday to a full restaurant, we were seated and asked if we would like popadoms, everything seemingly pleasant. Time to order our mains when we were served by what can only be described as the rudest waiter its ever been my misfortune to be served by. Rather than waiting for my partner to finish her current conversation with one of our friends the waiter should "errr hellooooooooo" in a very impatient tone, totally interrupting rather than waiting 5 seconds! We gave our orders and waited around 40 minutes for a mains to arrive. Our mains started to be brought to our table by the same rude waiter. The waiter shouts at our table "who ordered the chicken masala". I state to him I ordered a chicken chilli masala only to be informed that no such thing exists on the menu in a very patronising tone. Protesting and starting to get rather angry I stated that it does exist as its what I ordered. He then runs off and comes back with a menu and states "I’ll prove it doesnt exist" I show him on the menu the very food I requested for him then to argue with me in front of all the other customers that I said "a chicken tikka masala" to which I stated otherwise only for him to still argue with me! The rest of my friends all stating I was correct in what I ordered and stated.

Waiter storms off and then comes back 30 seconds later and throws my now correct food down on the table in front of me without a word and storms back off to the kitchen. He then returns with one of my friends meal but somehow manages to drop the entire thing over the floor. Curry sauce went all over the carpet, the chairs, down the jeans of the annoyed (and probably burnt) man on the table behind us and all over his cream coat. Not once did I hear the waiter apologise, offer to put the mans dinner on the house or offer to pay for cleaning of the mans clothes. He then snaps at my friend whose dinner it was, that another meal will be with him shortly. 2 mins later another meal arrives for my friend. Seems rather odd to me it took 40 mins for our food to be cooked and then them manage to dish up another one within 2 minutes.

Just when I thought it couldnt get any worse I then tasted my food which can only be described as reheated mush at best. The chicken in my dish tasted like smart price chicken nuggets and just mushed like pulp in my mouth. The sauce tasted like it had come from an Uncle Bens packet with old chillies thrown in. My partner then tasted her (Lamb Peshwari) and she was nearly sick. The closet thing the food resembled was dog food! The sauce looked like curry sauce out of packet that had been left on the side all day and then reheated in a microwave and had started to congeal. The lamb tasted like it had been frozen in the bottom of a freezer for months and then cooked to beyond belief and dumped into the disgusting sauce with congealed fat jelly stuck around it (just like dog food) . I could have eaten a leather jacket that was less chewy. Leaving nearly all of our food we refused to pay full price for the “meal” and left.
I will never ever be attending this restaurant again will be telling everyone I know to never go to such a disgrace of a place they should be ashamed to call themselves a restaurant! This place gives a bad name to what can be such a delicious cuisine! This deserves no stars but the website doesnt allow 0 star scores
